OUR TEAM
Annie Peatling
Annie specialises in the organisational development and operational coordination. She is responsible for structuring tailor-made systems, clear processes and the implementation of operational coordination. Annie ensures effective and professional communication with clients.

Annie holds a BA in Development and Environment and Postgraduate Diploma in Environmental Management, both from Stellenbosch University. She has also completed Project Management and Financial Management through the University of Cape Town.
Craig Lord
Craig leads the conservation and protected area operations. His core strength lies in operational delivery, managing on-the-ground projects and practical application of land development and reserve systems. He is the critical link between field realities and external stakeholders.

Craig holds a National Diploma in Nature Conservation and a BTech in Nature Conservation from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology, as well as a Business Management Certificate from the University of Cape Town.​​​​​
Julia Elliott
Julia specialises in terrestrial ecology, environmental reporting, and the coordination of conservation projects. She has a practical, solutions-driven approach to portfolio management, with experience in GIS mapping. She also manages donor relations, fundraising operations, and conservation-focused events.
Julia holds an Honours degree in Biodiversity and Ecology from Stellenbosch University and is currently completing her MSc in Conservation Biology through WITS.
