- Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs): Full coordination of the EIA process, including scoping, specialist management, stakeholder engagement, and submissions to authorities. - Water Use Licence Applications (WULAs): End-to-end management of WULAs, from coordinating specialists to compiling technical reports and submitting to the Department of Water and Sanitation. - Environmental Auditing: Site audits and EMPr compliance tracking, with full reporting and liaison with relevant authorities. - Specialist & Client Coordination: Efficient communication and coordination between clients, specialists, and authorities to meet deadlines and ensure compliance. - Field & Project Support: On-site logistical support, ecological data collection, and coordination for smooth fieldwork and reporting. - GIS & Spatial Analysis: Mapping and spatial analysis to identify environmental constraints and support informed project planning. - Reporting: Preparation of baseline, management and screening reports using national datasets and satellite imagery to support planning and fieldwork decisions.

- Protected area Administration: Setup and remote management of HR, finance, procurement, and logistics systems to support functional protected area operations. - Environmental Advisory: Guidance on waste, infrastructure, and hospitality systems suited to natural environments, ensuring operational sustainability. - CSR & Stakeholder Reporting: Preparation of CSR proposals, stakeholder updates, AGM packs, and alignment with corporate reporting requirements. - Species Monitoring & Project Support: Remote coordination of monitoring programs, data management, and support for conservation planning and protocols. - Ecological Data Analysis: Remote analysis of ecological datasets (e.g. camera traps, Cybertracker) and preparation of technical reports and biodiversity summaries. - Drone based ecological protection & monitoring.
